Footsies is an adults-only marketplace built around consent, ownership, and clear boundaries.
Non-negotiables
Content involving or suggesting minors, non-consensual activity, exploitation, trafficking, bestiality, extreme violence, illegal activity, or stolen material is prohibited. Attempts to evade these rules may lead to immediate restriction and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Every person must be verified
Before publication, creators must confirm that every person depicted is at least 18, has completed identity and age verification, has knowingly consented to the creation and distribution of the content, and has agreed to the stated uses. Footsies records provider references and verification outcomes—not copies of identity documents.
Rights and releases
Creators must own or control the necessary rights. Participant releases must identify the permitted content and distribution scope. Consent can be withdrawn where required by law or the applicable agreement; affected content is restricted during review.
Review and enforcement
Uploads enter a private quarantine for automated and human safety review before they can become available. Footsies may reject, restrict, preserve, or remove content and suspend accounts to protect users or comply with law and provider rules.
