Privacy-minimized records
Footsies stores an opaque identity-provider reference, verification status, adult-age confirmation time, expiry, content-specific release reference, consent scope, and creator attestation. Raw government IDs and biometric checks remain with the approved verification provider.
Publication gate
No media is eligible for publication until every depicted participant is verified, releases are linked, the creator completes the content attestation, and moderation clears the upload.
U.S. recordkeeping
Some sexually explicit visual depictions may trigger federal producer recordkeeping and labeling duties under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A. Final scope, custodian details, inspection procedures, and labeling will be established with qualified counsel before covered content is enabled.
